Par exemple, une petit morceau de pain d&apos;&#xe9;pices ou une barre de c&#xe9;r&#xe9;ales. Le tout arros&#xe9; d&apos;un grand verre d&apos;eau, bien s&#xfb;r ;-)&lt;/p&gt;
